ADI-FDTD-based microwave tomography for one-dimensional breast model

Abstract
- An alternating-direction implicit finite-difference (ADI-FDTD) based time-domain inverse algorithm is proposed in this paper. The imaging algorithm based on forward-backward time-stepping (FBTS) method. By comparing the processing results, it was found that the proposed ADI-FDTD method can substitute for the conventional finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method, strongly validating the former's usefulness and accuracy. Moreover, processing time can be reduced significantly for microwave tomography.
