Abstract: For improving the main parameters of photoacoustic microscope (PAM) authors made and investigated some types of piezosensors. The PAM with bending bimorph piezoelectric sensor from PZT-5A ceramics had the greatest sensitivity at the frequency of PAM 1 kHz.
