scRNA-seq of the MPE samples in osteosarcoma patients

We performed single-cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) on seven MPE samples and eight osteosarcoma tumor tissues, to characterize the tumor microenvironment (TME) of advanced osteosarcoma patients .
