Статья посвящена исследованию концепции политических партий русского либерального политического мыслителя, экономиста и публициста А. М. Рыкачёва (1875–1914). Показаны философско-методологические основания и главные положения этой концепции; дана оценка роли и места мыслителя в рамках русского либерального научного сообщества начала XX в.
The paper is devoted to the concept of political parties of the Russian liberal political thinker, economist and publicist A. M. Rykachev (1875–1914). The author of the paper shows the philosophical and methodological foundations and main provisions of this concept, and assesses the role and place of the thinker within the Russian liberal scientific community of the beginning of the 20th century.
