Abstract
- In this article, the film of Sr 0.775 Y 0.225 C0O 3 -δ, which shows the highest ferromagnetic Curie temperature in perovskite AB0 3 -based cobaltates due to antiferrotype orbital order, was first prepared successfully on LaAlO 3 (100) substrate using the simple chemical solution deposition (CSD) method. The results show that the derived film is (h00)-epitaxial, and the transport property is semiconductor like with room-temperature ferromagnetism (FM). The result will provide a feasible route to prepare Sr 0 . 775 Y 0 . 225 C 0 O 3 - δ film with room-temperature FM using CSD with a low-cost and nonvaccum method.
