Can mindset theory be generalized to industrial and organizational settings?

Mindset refers to people’s beliefs about whether attributes are malleable or unchangeable (Dweck, 2006). The positive effects of a growth mindset in educational settings have been reported in many studies. However, the function of mindset in industrial and organizational settings has not been investigated enough. The purpose of this study is to test of premises of mindset (Burgoyne et al., 2020) in industrial and organizational settings.
