A Proposal for OD Data Estimation System of Bus Users with Intelligent Video Analysis and Its Application to Synerex

This paper proposes the ability to estimate the origin-destination (OD) of bus passengers with IoT bus location system. This system detects the bus stops where passengers board and deboard the bus based on their feature amounts obtained by intelligently analyzing the video taken inside the bus, and estimates congestion level of bus and OD data. Moreover, we implemented and verified the mechanism for providing these estimated information to Synerex that is proposed as a mechanism for exchanging information about user demand and service provider supply.
