Abstract
- Inorganic perovskite nanocrystals (NCs) doped with metal ions have received much attention due to their superior optoelectronic properties and environment friendly. Here, we synthesized Zn-doped CsPbBr3 perovskite NCs in borosilicate glass by melt-quenching. When ZnBr2 and PbBr2 were in half, the fluorescence intensity was enhanced, and the PLQYs increased from 32 to 36%. Under the excitation of 460 nm blue chip, white LED (WLED) was fabricated by using Zn-doped CsPbBr3 NCs glass and red phosphor powder CaAlSiN3:Eu2+. The experimental results show that the photoelectric parameters of the constructed white LED are considerable, among which the luminous efficacy (LE) is 70.1 lm/W, and a high LE is 72.79. However, pure CsPbBr3 has a low LE value of 26.1 lm/W and a CRI value of 76.9 Zn2+ doped CsPbBr3 can reduce the toxicity of materials and can be used to prepare high-performance optical devices. The study showed a new doped chemical model system for various optoelectronic applications.
