Abstract: The main stages of manufacture of straight seam pipes from 12Cr18Ni10Ti steel and VT1-0 titanium alloy with a rolled welded joint are discussed. Recommendations are given for producing the uniform structure of the welded joint, the weld zone and the parent material of tubular components. Service life characteristics of sections of pipelines with experimental tubular blanks are determined.
