Abstract
- A cold atomic gases system with parity-time (PT) symmetry is proposed to generate stable solitons. The Rydberg atomic gases and electromagnetically induced transparency are utilized in the interaction between the transmission of signals and atomic lattices. Two kinds of two-dimensional (2D) multipole solitons (MSs), two pole and four pole solitons, are found in this cold atomic system. We investigate the existence conditions and the stability of these solitons. The results show that these solitons can stably propagate in this system, and can be manipulated by the system parameters of nonlocal nonlinearity and PT potential.
