SOME DATA CHARACTERIZING THE PREPARATION FOR THE COMMISSION OF RECEIVING (ART. 290 OF THE CC RF) AND GIVING A BRIBE (ART. 291 OF THE CC RF)

The article examines the preparatory actions necessary for the com- mission of a criminal act provided for in Art. 290 and Art. 291 CC RF, as well as the circumstances contributing to the commission of this crime, and describes in detail the factors affecting the size, place and form of a bribe. The aim of the study is a comprehensive analysis of data characterizing the preparation for the com- mission of receiving and giving a bribe. The research methods used in the article can be included: analysis, synthesis, classification and formalization. The main results of the research include obtaining the most complete and reliable informa- tion related to the commission of these crimes.
