Effects of Res on proliferation and apoptosis of human cervical carcinoma cell lines C33A, SiHa and HeLa

Objective To explore the effects of Res on the proliferation and apoptosis of human cervical cancer cell lines C33A, SiHa and HeLa. Methods Inhibition rates by different concentrations of Res were calculated using MTT method. Apoptosis rates and cell cycles were measured and examined by flow cytometry (FCM). Morphological configuration of apoptotic cells were observed under the fluorescence microscope.
