Abstract

To study the reactions of the cardiovascular system during continuous monitoring in the dynamics of their development and analysis of the main hemodynamic parameters during the movement and orientation of the subjects (postural loads), a vector-based method was developed for assessing changes in systemic hemodynamics parameters: stroke index and mean arterial pressure. The vector representation allows us to get an idea of the intensity of changes in the patient’s hemodynamic status, expressed through the length of the vector. Based on the proposed method, a classification of hemodynamic reactions was developed.
