Electrical properties of a single lithium-ion conductor PMSEO-PLPMS

Abstract
- The electrical properties of a new polymer-lithium salt complex, methyl siloxane terminated polyethylene oxide (PMSEO)- polymethyl lithium propionate siloxane (PLPMS) have been studied. The temperature dependence of the ionic conductivity obeys the VTF equation. By combining ac-impedance measurement and dc-polarization experiments, the transference number of Li + is determined to be close to 1. Lithium ionic conduction was also confirmed by cyclic voltammetry.
