Abstract
- This paper discusses a multi-depot vehicle routing problem for dispatching vehicles in multi-depots to send relief material to the affected areas in unexpected events. Due to the occurrence of the unexpected events, people's demands in the affected areas and the vehicles' travel times on roads lack historical data and are given by experts' estimations. Uncertain variables are used to describe these parameters. By using uncertainty theory, a multi-depot logistics distribution routing model is developed. To solve the problem, the equivalent of the proposed model is also presented.
