DEC-7/SUSD2, a sushi domain-containing protein, regulates an ultradian behavior mediated by intestinal epithelial Ca2+ oscillations in Caenorhabditis elegans

The conserved complement group protein DEC-7/SUSD2 acts at the apical cell-cell junction of C. elegans intestinal epithelia to mediate gap junction protein organization and function to facilitate a Ca2+ wave-regulated ultradian behavior.
