Abstract
- An Ice-Detecting and Ice-Melting System of Electricity-Transmitting Lines based on ZigBee Wireless Communication uses ZigBee wireless network as the flat. Sub nodes are placed at some places of the electricity- transmitting lines. The sub nodes detect the icing status of electricity-transmitting lines by using the vibration tube ice sensors and send the ice signals to the main node via the ZigBee wireless network. The main node sends the ice signals to PC via USB interface and launches the ice-melting system at the same time. The principle and sense organ structure of the vibration tube ice sensor are briefly introduced. The hardware and software designs of sub node and main node are stress explained. Finally, the theory of the controllable inductor and capacitor compensation ice-melting system is particularly expatiated.
