Abstract

The nearby M3 V star CC 20,986, shows a perturbation from astrometric plates taken with the 61-cm Sproul refractor. The interpretation indicates an unseen companion revolving about the visible component in a period of 3.r72 with a likely range in minimum mass of 0.06 to 0.08 'At .
