Abstract

Multichannel positron and positron- positronium trapping models were developed to study of free volumes in functional nanostructured materials. Proposed model applied to investigation of free volumes and/or nanopores in such nanostructured functional materials as Ga- Ga-Se/s chalcogenide glasses and MgAl 2 O 4 spinel ceramics.
