Abstract

Exclusion of other entities like sarcoidosis, mycobacterial infections, foreign body reactions and biopsy helps to establish a correct diagnosis. Here with reporting a case of lip swelling in 35-year old female along with palatal lesion, which was treated lucratively with steroids.
