Abstract

Nowadays, electromagnetic emissions (EME) of integrated circuits are more and more considered during the product design phase, which needs a simulation model of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) measurement devices. In order to match the measurement results with real devices, the model must satisfy EMC standard. This paper builds an electromagnetic interference (EMI) receiver simulation model in CISPR Bands B of three detectors, which are peak, average and quasi-peak detectors. It is implemented using an STFT algorithm with short computation time, and quasi-peak detector is described in details. The presented EMI-receiver model is verified with different test setups.
