Right Ventricular Dysfunction in Acute Inferoposterior Myocardial Infarction

We analyzed right ventricular (RV) regional wall motion by two-dimensional echocardiographic (2D echo) and multigated acquisition radionuclear (MUCA) studies in 104 patients with acute inferoposterior myocardial infarction (AIPMI).
