Abstract

In this paper, based on the nonlinear state feedback decoupling method, the dynamic transfer function of the inductor motor and pump control motor is setup, and the variable frequency hydraulic control system is realized to solve the contradiction between efficiency and dynamic characteristics using traditional control method. The simulation results show that this system has the better dynamic performance than VCS (Vector Control System). Then in order to optimize the system, the dynamic mathematical model including iron losses is built from the aspect of energy transmission. At last the condition of minimum loss of the system is deduced.
