Abstract

In view of the lack of effective basic information collection mechanism for outdoor farmland, this paper designs and implements a farmland environment monitoring system based on micro quadrotor UAV. In this system, the micro quadrotor UAV is equipped with sensors such as DHT11, MS5611, SRH-01 for collecting farmland environment information, and the purpose of farmland environment information collection and monitoring is realized under the control of software. The system consists of three parts: the flight control module, the information acquisition module, and the ground station module. This paper introduces the main functions of each part of the system, the design and implementation of software and hardware, and gives the experimental results. The results show that the system can be used to effectively monitor the farmland environment. Compared with the traditional agricultural monitoring system, it has the characteristics of low cost, high efficiency and easy operation.
