Stackelberg Solutions for Nonlinear Games with Symmetries

It is shown that a symmetry in a Stackelberg game problem induces a reduction of the differential equation, which must be solved to determine the open-loop Stackelberg equilibrium solution, to one of lower dimension. This indicates a possibly more efficient method for solving such problems.
