Abstract

ABCTRACT The constitutive relation and a set of differential equations of the axisymmetrcal problem for MVM materials are given. The displacement and stress fields are obtained. The calculation results indicate that the SD effect of the MVM materials increases the capacity for resisting plastic deformation in compession process.
