Research Compendium: Performance of coffee varieties against leaf rust: a multi-year disease monitoring and comparison among 31 genotypes in Ethiopia

Coffee leaf rust (CLR) is an economically important coffee disease in Ethiopia. This research compendium includes the CLR severity data of 31 coffee verities grown under field conditions during three years (2016 – 2018). This compendium also includes the code used for data cleaning, data analysis and visualization of the results.
