Quantum emission from Cl doped ZnSe quantum wells

Abstract: We demonstrate single photon emission from donor bound excitons in Cl doped ZnSe quantum wells. The emitters are investigated in cryogenic temperatures, and they showed high binding energies and short lifetimes.
