Research on Dynamic Game between Owner and Contractor in the Bidding Process of the Construction Project

In this paper, firstly we establish the dynamic game model between owner and contractor in the bidding process of the construction project. Then we make analysis of the 24 situations when owner and contractor take different behaviors and demonstrate their payment function separately under different situation. Finally we make suggestions on what kind of strategy should the owner take in order to avoid the contractor submitting a low price malignantly and make sure the contractor performance better after the acceptance of the bid.
