El plan TAC de centro: cómo afrontar la gestión de las TIC. Reflexiones a partir de una experiencia en el instituto

Abstract

Introducing ICT in schools and colleges has many implications, not only from a pedagogical point of view, but also in order to resolve organization problems. In this context, the «Plan TAC» can be a powerful tool to help in the design of the process for that introduction. In this paper, we try to share the process of designing a «Plan TAC», with all its phases and implications, at the Joaquin Bau college, which can serve as a guide for any other school. This process has been felt as a need by our teachers, as a result of implementation of Educat 1x1 Project, the Escuela 2.0 specification in Catalonia. The Plan TAC is the document where we set out this process and serves us as a guideline for the implementation of actions arising from it, hence its extreme importance. Because of this, this article explains each of the actions we have continued to design and develop our TAC Plan and the stages we went through
