- Тема вÑпÑÑкной квалиÑикаÑионной ÑабоÑÑ: «РазÑабоÑка ÑиÑÑовой ÑÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¸ пÑогнозиÑÐ¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑÑадоÑной поÑиÑÑоÑÑи в оÑÐ»Ð¸Ð²ÐºÐ°Ñ Ð¸Ð· алÑминиевÑÑ Ñплавов». ÐкÑÑалÑноÑÑÑ ÑабоÑÑ Ð¾Ð±ÑÑловлена повÑÑением ÑÑебований к ÑÑÑекÑивноÑÑи и доÑÑовеÑноÑÑи пÑоÑеÑÑов моделиÑÐ¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð² лиÑейнÑÑ ÑÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸ÑÑ . Actuality of work is due to increase of requirements to efficiency and reliability of modeling processes in foundry technologies. These requirements have been increased by the fact that in recent years there has been a serious problem in ensuring the adequacy of the models used in production practices, which vary greatly in the nature of the parameters and the input data. The objectives of the study are: 1. Study of the theoretical foundations of mathematical and computer modeling, as well as shrinkage processes in aluminum alloy castings. 2. Creation of step-by-step technology of using digital programming and visualization tools for the purpose of studying castings for the presence of various types of defects. 3. Illustration of the work of the developed technology on the example of existing casting, which requires improving the quality of production through the use of digital technologies. The practical significance of the work lies in the universal application of the developed technology for the study of a large range of castings. In the course of the work the example of research of casting «Case of RK» for the presence of shrink defects was shown and a number of experiments (calculations) were made to eliminate defects of this kind. The object of the study is digital technology for modelling and forecasting the formation, localization and size of shrinkage defects.
