Abstract
- A temperature measuring driving scheme with high resolution is proposed which is based on the optical fiber coupling closed-loop oscillatory quartz crystal. Using the optical feedback stabilized 5mW LD as illuminant, the photic driving distance is 50m. The power of designed micro-consumption temperature-sensitive sensor probe is less than 0.5mW. The design idea of this new sensor and the key technology of realizing photic driving are introduced in this paper. Experimental results show that the temperature sensor can resist high-voltage and electromagnetic interference, and in the range of 0°∼+200°C, sensitivity can reach 1000Hz/°C.
