Occupational Therapy for Elderly Patients: A New Experience at ‘Policlinico Gemelli, Rome

This article considers the importance of rehabilitation in the medical care of elderly patients. It discusses a pilot project being carried out at ‘Policlinico Gemelll’ hospital of Rome, which enables patients to achieve the maximum level of independence and a satisfactory quality of life.
