The new edition of Hurst's the Heart provides an updated reference source on cardiovascular disease. In order to provide focused, up-to-date reviews of the entire spectrum of clinical cardiology, the editors have divided the text into 143 chapters with more than 200 contributing authors. Chapters are grouped by clinical presentation, for example, coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease, and rhythm disorders.
