Data sources and description of variables of epiphytic and host macroalgae of marine shelf of Cuba

In this data set, bibliographic references that provide information on the epiphytic macroalgae of Cuba are presented. In addition, a set of variables used in the systematic review of the epiphytic macroalgae of Cuba are listed.
