Abstract

This paper propose a novel design procedure for output-feedback switching linear parameter-varying (LPV) controllerS. The switching controller which include several LPV controllers designed beforehand and independently with corresponding $\text{H}_{\infty}$ control performance criteria. The new procedure based on the Youla parameterization ideas, state space realization of free parameters of these LPV controllers is achieved. This realization ensures that each switching point satisfy the $\text{H}_{\infty}$ performance under arbitrary switching. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated with a numerical example.
