Abstract
- Exploration data from geophysics and geochemistry have anisotropic features because anisotropy is an intrinsic property of geological bodies, including ore bodies. Lovejoy et al developed Generalized Scale Invariance (GSI) to account scaling anisotropy. The Scale Invariant Generator technique (SIG) is used for decomposing the gravitational data of different frequencies and extracting ore-forming anomalies from them in frequency domain combining with the principle of spectral analysis. The anisotropy of the Tongshi gold field and the spatial relationship of the Tongshi complex and gold deposits will be studied. This will provide valuable information for predicting the gold mineralization at depth.
