Abstract
- This paper proposes a high-accuracy Doppler shift Estimator based on Chinese Remainder Theorem (CRT) and spectrum correction for radar signal processing is proposed. The high accuracy is arising from the fact that the Tsui corrector almost reduces the error of the frequency offset to zero, which almost provides a noise-free remainder for the CRT reconstruction. Numerical results well verify this conclusion. To be generalized, the CRT reconstruction and the spectrum correction can be well combined in the phase unwrapping, which present vast potentials for future applications in SAR, InSAR or electronic surveillance fields.
