Abstract

In this paper, an innovative multi-physics DGTD solution is proposed for field-circuit co-simulation, which combines the drift-diffusion equations and Maxwell's equations. The bat algorithm is adopted to match the date sheet of semiconductor to obtain the extracted parameters of physical model. Moreover, with the high-efficiency DGTD solution, the electromagnetic characteristics of field-circuit coupled systems can be analyzed accurately.
