Abstract: The structure of Ru(C5Me5)(C5F5) has been determined by gas-phase electron diffraction and density functional theory. Comparison structures of the known compounds Ru(C5H5)2 and Ru(C5F5)(C5H5), as well as the unknown compound Ru(C5F5)2, have also been determined by density functional theory.
