Abstract
- This work extended the application of non-aqueous phase hydride generation (HG)-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS), and carried out the investigation of organic media conditions and surfactant sensitization effect for the determination of arsenic. It was found that the surfactant Triton X-114 had a good sensitization effect on the determination of arsenic in octanol media, and the sensitization factor was 3.6. Compared with the traditional HG-AFS, the analytical performance of the new system for the determination of arsenic was improved. Under the optimal conditions, the limit of detection (LOD) was 0.08 μg/L.
