Abstract
- Acquired Reactive Perforating Collagenosis (ARPC) is a rare condition that belongs to a larger group of diseases: The Perforating Dermatoses (1). ARPC is usually refractory to treatment; thus, many treatments have been reported, including topical and systemic corticosteroids, retinoids, doxycycline, allopurinol and narrowband ultraviolet B (NBUVB) phototherapy (1). The aim of this manuscript is to present a case successfully treated with NBUVB phototherapy after 96 sessions and describe the treatment protocol used, as well as the utilized in currently reports as well.
