Abstract: The article discusses product quality management issues for intelligent transport systems, as well as defines the role of the quality management system in the overall management system in the enterprise. With the help of the software complex, strategic planning, enterprise processes were automated with the definition and consolidation of performers and key indicators, generation of regulatory documentation, monitoring of processes, mandatory documented procedures.
