Abstract
- Filler injections are commonly performed for facial rejuvenation and volume replacement. Injectable polycaprolactone (PCL) derivatives are widely used as soft tissue fillers for aesthetic facial enhancement. PCL is a synthetic linear polyester with almost 50% crystallinity, and consists of 6-hydroxyhexanoates.
