Entwicklung des DAS-ELISA fýr ausgewählte rhizosphärenbakterien

Summary Antisera against two Rhizobium strains (from pea and lucerne) and against a free living N2-fixation Klebsiella strain were produced and examinated for their sensitivity and specifity in immundiffusion and ELISA. The results show that the antiserum against the Klebsiella strain has an higher antibody titre than these against the rhizobia. The developed ELISA for the Klebsiella strain enables the estimation of 105 cells/ml and therefore application for plant material should be possible.
