Abstract

The Doppler venous pressure measurement has been used by us since 1977 [1] with interesting results and usefulness not only in the diagnosis of venous diseases but also in the management of therapeutical treatment both in acute and chronic venous pathologies. There is difference between the tensive noninvasive Doppler values, repeatedly proposed by us [2,3,4,5,6] and those quoted by literature and obtained by invasive method [7,8].
