Abstract
- Conclusion: As the natural history of low-grade breast cancers is long & protracted, these 15-yr outcome results of favorable histology breast cancer subtypes demonstrate that APBI is at least as efficacious as WBI in the setting of breast conservation therapy. More patients and further FU beyond 15 years will be needed to substantiate these findings. Author Disclosure: P.Y. Chen: None. J.L. Wobb: Resident in Radiation Oncology; Beaumont Health System. M.
