Abstract
- The right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT) is the most common site of origin of ventricular tachycardia (VT) occurring in patients with an apparently normal heart (idiopathic VT). However, it is also a focus of arrhythmias due to arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy/dysplasia (ARVC/D). These two conditions can be easily confused, especially if myocardial abnormalities are mild or minimal as in patients with ARVC/D in its early stage [1].
