Tobacco dependence is a chronic condition that often requires repeated interventions. Objective: This review is prepared with the objective to help Oral Medicine Experts to guide differential prescribing practices and tailoring pharmacotherapy for tobacco cessation. Conclusion: Interventions by Oral Medicine Experts have been found to be effective in helping people to quit tobacco.
