Abstract: Pseudophorticus foveatus (Bates, 1871), new combination Lachnophorus foveatus Bates 1871: 55. Lectotype male: Brazil, Amazonas, ��upper Amazon�� (MNHN). Labeled lectotype by A. Jasinski 1999 (not published).
